Bringing your pet in for an annual diagnostic and wellness checkup can help reassure you that your dog or cat is healthy or help us detect hidden diseases or conditions early. Early detection can improve the prognosis of many diseases, keep medical costs down, and help your pet live longer. Many dogs and cats are good at hiding signs that something is wrong, so subtle changes in their health or behaviour might be easy to overlook. And, depending on the disease, some pets don’t show any symptoms.

We perform many types of soft tissue surgeries at our clinic. Soft tissue surgeries are those that are not associated with bone. These surgeries can provide many benefits to pets.

During surgery and other medical procedures, our team of veterinarians and veterinary technicians monitors all patients to ensure their safety. We monitor every procedure, regardless of whether it’s routine or more advanced. The type of anesthesia we use depends on the procedure. Some require general anesthesia, while others may only call for local anesthesia. For more specific information on our protocols, please see the individual descriptions or contact us with any questions.

It’s easy to get confused or overwhelmed by all the pet foods on the market. We can help you weed through the choices and find a puppy or kitten food that will meet your growing pet’s nutritional needs. We even carry many nutritionally balanced, veterinary-approved brands in our clinic.

We carry a variety of pet supplies to provide you with a selection of safe, vet-approved pet food, supplements, treats, toys, and accessories. Feel free to ask us any questions you might have about these products.

Keep ticks off your pet by keeping your dog or cat on a tick preventive. Even indoor-only pets are at risk because ticks can hitch a ride inside on your clothing or shoes. Tick preventives are safe and effective at controlling ticks and the diseases they carry. Call us to get your pet protected today!

We are equipped to handle a wide variety of medical conditions, including emergencies. Your pet will be examined and treated in our mobile clinic, which is outfitted with the same equipment you would find in a standard veterinary practice exam room. In some cases, your pet may require hospitalization or further diagnostic tests that may need to be performed at an affiliate clinic. Please take a look at the more detailed descriptions of medical services we offer, or call us to discuss your pet’s needs.

We are equipped to be able to come to the home (within a certain radius of the practice) in order to help ease your pet’s stress with certain types of veterinary visits.
Please note that this does not take the place of surgery, anesthesthesia, radiology, and certain labwork that would be required to be done in the clinic setting.
Contact our clinic at 905-720-4888 to see if your visit is possible at home.

We are equipped to handle a wide variety of medical conditions, including emergencies. Because we can perform many diagnostic procedures in-house, we can often give you immediate answers and start treating your pet faster. In some cases, your pet may require hospitalization and further diagnostic tests.
